We are developing the operating plan alongside the menu and the first locations. We need people who can turn the brief into a working service. The website is collecting interest while we develop the first Pods.
Operations and the cup.
Help develop recipes, preparation, training and the day-to-day running of a Pod. The person making the cup and the systems supporting them both matter.
Brand, growth and product.
Help explain the range, assess locations and build the planned app experience. The Usual, the current slate and pick-up features are part of the product brief.
