The price of a coffee.
Not the price of a cafe.
India fell in love with specialty coffee and never built a daily price point for it. We are building for the person who drinks it every day.
A cafe’s price carries its room: the seating, the air-conditioning, the address, the floor you occupy one chair of. We are building a format where the price only has to carry the cup.
We are not lowering the bean standard to get there. We are removing everything around the bean. That is the whole pricing story, and we would rather you noticed it on your second visit than read about it on your first.
