THE FORMAT

What an office
coffee Pod is.

A Pod is a compact coffee counter, 50 to 100 square feet, placed inside your building or on the corner outside it. There is no seating, no table service and no dining room to air-condition. What is left is a serious machine, specialty-grade beans and a person trained to use both. Walk up, pick up, go.

It fits where a vending bank or a photocopier currently sits. Most of the work of putting one in is deciding where it goes.

WHAT THE DAY NEEDS

What the 9am
and the 3pm need.

An office coffee habit is not one rush. It is a wave at nine, a slower one after lunch, and a third around four that decides how the last two hours go.

The pantry machine serves whoever is nearest, the same way, all day. A cafe two streets away costs twenty minutes in each direction.

A Pod is built for the gap between those two options: the same cup as the specialty cafe, made properly, without anyone leaving the building.

Commercials belong in the conversation, not on a page. Tell us the floor and the headcount and we will come back to you.

SOMETHING NEW EVERY FEW WEEKS

An amenity people use,
not one they tire of.

Four drinks are always on the board: Black, White, Green and Strong.

01 / THE LETTER

Four drinks that never change.

Black, White, Green and Strong. The same at every Pod, every day.

02 / THE P.S.

A rotating set behind them.

Three or four versions at a time, changing every few weeks.

03 / THE STANDARD

Specialty grade, ground at order.

The rotating range is held to exactly the same standard as the board.

04 / THE POINT

A reason to look up in month six.

That is the difference between an amenity people use and one they get bored of by March.

P.S. A cup your people have every working day is allowed to be interesting.

ALONGSIDE, NOT INSTEAD OF

It sits alongside
what you already run.

A Pod is the coffee counter, not the canteen. It works alongside whatever cafeteria, catering contract or meal-card arrangement your building already has, and covers the one thing those setups rarely do well: specialty coffee, ground at order, in under a minute. If you already run a food vendor, nothing about that has to change.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Asked and
answered.

Roughly 50 to 100 square feet, a power point, a water connection and normal access for a barista and deliveries. No structural work and no kitchen. We survey the spot with your facilities team before anything is agreed, and the space usually already exists somewhere near the lifts.
It replaces the coffee part of it, not the pantry itself. Tea, water and snacks carry on as they are. The difference is that a vending machine serves whatever is nearest, and a Pod serves a cup ground at order by someone trained to make it.
There is no fixed headcount. What matters more is daily rhythm: how many people are in the building on an average Tuesday, whether they leave for coffee today, and whether other floors or neighbouring buildings can reach the same counter. Tell us those three things and we will tell you honestly.
We do. The barista is ours, trained on our equipment and recipes, and supply, servicing and stock are handled by us. Nothing lands on your facilities or admin team beyond the access arrangements any on-site vendor needs.
Yes, and in a multi-tenant tower that is usually the better placement. A Pod in a shared lobby serves every floor above it rather than one company's headcount, which makes the counter busier and the wait shorter for everyone using it.
