These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the P.S. Coffee website, including all concept pages, Pods pages, surveys, menu previews, subscription-interest forms, vendor forms, roaster outreach forms, waitlists, and related communications.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
P.S. Coffee is currently in an idea, research, and validation stage. The brand is not yet live. No Pods have been built as of the effective date of these Terms. The website is being used to evaluate traction, gather feedback, run surveys, understand product-market fit, and assess possible locations, menu interest, subscription interest, operational partners, vendors, and roasting relationships.
Nothing on the website should be treated as a confirmed launch, binding commercial commitment, permanent feature list, or guaranteed future offering.
The content on the website is provided for general informational, exploratory, and survey purposes only. It is not an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, a franchise offering, a guaranteed product roadmap, or a representation that any specific Pod, menu item, subscription plan, app feature, price, visual identity, or brand asset will launch in its current form.
The menu, pricing, Pod locations, Pod formats, branding, visual identity, brand name, subscription structures, app workflows, product descriptions, and all other concept elements may change at any time before launch. Changes may be made based on survey results, feedback, legal review, operational constraints, commercial feasibility, or brand refinement.
If you submit a survey response, vote, suggestion, location recommendation, menu feedback, subscription preference, vendor information, partnership inquiry, or any other response through the website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.
You grant P.S. Coffee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to review, analyse, store, and use that feedback internally for concept development, research, planning, and launch preparation. We will not treat unsolicited suggestions as confidential unless we expressly agree to do so in writing.
You should not rely on the website as a basis for business, financial, property, hiring, procurement, or investment decisions. We do not guarantee that any Pod will open, that any feature will go live, or that any indicative pricing or description shown today will remain the same at launch.
Unless otherwise stated, all text, copy, images, concepts, layouts, page designs, visuals, photographs, graphics, trademarks, brand assets, logos, source materials created for the website, and related intellectual property on the website belong to the founder and/or P.S. Coffee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, republish, distribute, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from website materials without prior written permission.
Any third-party brand names, product names, location names, references, or comparisons appearing on the website are used for informational, contextual, research, or commentary purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or ownership.
You may not use the website, or any material from it, in a misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or wrongful way.
You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data in bulk, copy protected materials, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Coffee disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and completeness.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, P.S. Coffee, its founder, and related contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related losses arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on any concept-stage material.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website.
