We are building for the person who comes twice on a Tuesday. That starts with a coffee they want again. The menu needs a familiar place to begin and enough range to make another visit interesting.Building the first P.S. Pods.
A Pod is the compact format we are developing for P.S. Coffee. The plan centres on fresh preparation and grab-and-go service. The footprint is small; the coffee still needs the full attention of the people preparing it.The coffee standard behind the cup.
Our brief is honest specialty coffee, prepared carefully enough to be worth returning for. A name on a bag cannot do the work of a good recipe. We are developing the coffee for the first Pods with that everyday cup in mind.Ahmedabad, one daily stop at a time.
