The Menu tells you what goes into each drink. An Americano is espresso and water. A Cappuccino adds steamed milk and foam. You should be able to choose without reading a brand argument first.

The same coffee can be prepared in different ways. The Letter gives you familiar starting points; The P.S. introduces variants across the families. The recipe stays visible alongside the family label.

There is room for both a daily order and a different cup. Black, White, Green and Strong organise that choice. Food has its own place alongside them.

What does honest specialty coffee mean?+
It means describing the cup plainly and holding to a standard, rather than selling you an argument. The Menu says what goes into each drink. An Americano is espresso and water. You should be able to choose without reading a brand story first.
What is the difference between specialty and regular coffee?+
Specialty refers to a grading standard for the cup, based on how the coffee scores when it is tasted and how few defects the lot carries. Regular coffee carries no such standard. The preparation matters just as much once it reaches the counter.

Considerably. The same coffee prepared two ways gives you two different cups, which is the whole idea behind The P.S. The Letter gives you familiar starting points, and the recipe stays visible next to the family label so you know what you are choosing.
