1. What this policy covers.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the P.S. Coffee website, waitlists, surveys, contact forms, subscription-interest forms, vendor and roaster inquiries, partnership inquiries, and related pre-launch interactions.
2. Concept-stage notice.
P.S. Coffee is currently a concept-stage project. The brand is not yet live, and no Pods are built at the time of this policy. The website exists to study demand, gather feedback, measure traction, explore possible locations, test interest in menus and subscription structures, and identify operational and business inputs before launch.
3. Information we may collect.
Depending on how you interact with the website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, city, preferred location, workplace type, menu feedback, survey responses, subscription interest, vendor or roaster information, partnership details, and any other information you choose to provide.
We may also collect basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, approximate location based on IP, referral data, and interaction data for analytics and site improvement.
4. How we use information.
We may use collected information to understand demand for the concept, prioritise possible Pod locations, refine menu direction, evaluate subscription ideas, screen potential vendors and partners, improve the website, respond to your messages, and notify you when P.S. Coffee becomes live or materially updates.
Your information may also be used for internal analysis, trend reporting, launch planning, and concept validation.
5. Survey and feedback use.
Survey responses, votes, waitlist activity, and preference submissions are used as part of our internal research and planning. We may aggregate and analyse this data to understand patterns, but we do not sell your data as a business line.
6. When we contact you.
If you provide your contact details, we may use them to share concept updates, surveys, waitlist messages, launch notices, partnership follow-ups, or a notification that the project is live. We may also contact you if we need clarification on survey or business submissions you made.
7. Sharing of information.
We do not sell personal information provided through the website. We may share information with service providers, advisors, developers, survey tools, analytics providers, or internal collaborators who help us operate the website, analyse responses, or prepare the project for launch, subject to reasonable confidentiality controls.
We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
8. Data retention.
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for concept validation, launch planning, legal compliance, dispute resolution, record-keeping, or communication with interested users. Because the project is pre-launch, retention periods may depend on how long concept exploration remains active.
9. Security.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect information collected through the website. No internet transmission or storage system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Cookies and analytics.
The website may use cookies, analytics tools, session storage, or similar technologies to understand usage patterns, remember interface preferences, and improve the browsing experience. These tools are used to improve the concept and the website, not to profile users for unrelated advertising.
11. Your choices.
You may choose not to submit forms or survey responses. If you previously shared information and want us to review, update, or delete it where reasonably possible, contact us at hello@pscoffee.in.
12. Children.
The website is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to independently consent to data collection. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us without proper consent, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
13. Third-party links and names.
The website may refer to third-party brands, buildings, vendors, roasters, or products for informational or research purposes. Their presence does not mean endorsement or affiliation, and their own privacy practices will apply if you interact with them directly.
14. Updates to this policy.
Because P.S. Coffee is still evolving, this policy may change as the project, data flows, and operational systems become clearer. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
15. Contact.
